Mr. Dennis Berger is the visionary owner and founder of Rock Oil Co, bringing over 25 years of leadership in the energy engineering sector to drive our mission of delivering technically complex projects with excellence.

With a proven track record in onshore, offshore, and pipeline engineering, Mr. Berger founded Rock Oil Co to provide multidisciplinary solutions that bridge traditional oil & gas with emerging renewable energy technologies. His commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation ensures client satisfaction and sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving industry.

With in-depth experience gained during twelve years of engineering project management and the mechanical design of facilities and pipelines for the onshore and offshore energy industry for domestic and international clients, Caitlin bears ultimate responsibility for ensuring Strategy’s optimal performance goals are met.

She confirms that Strategy’s technical solutions, operational project management, and administrative functions will exceed client expectations. Her commitment to safe operations, while providing in-depth knowledge of client relations, vendor, contractor, and regulatory requirements, is unexcelled.

Richard’s accomplishments as a professional engineer and senior project manager are unsurpassed in the oil & gas industry. He is dual-degreed from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and has maintained his P.E. License for over 15 years. For more than two decades, Jon has been managing teams of engineers from the Pre-FEED and FEED stages of engineering and design to the “IFC” phase; inclusive of construction, fabrication, commissioning, and startup process oversight for the successful and safe completions and operations of a host of energy projects.

On fronts both domestic and international, and from traditional Oil and Gas to Renewables-based, Jon’s accomplishments and background are as broad and diverse as they are detailed.
